摘 要
汽車轉(zhuǎn)向器是汽車的重要組成部分，也是決定汽車主動(dòng)安全性的關(guān)鍵總成，它的質(zhì)量嚴(yán)重影響汽車的操縱穩(wěn)定性。隨著汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展，汽車轉(zhuǎn)向器也在不斷的得到改進(jìn)，雖然電子轉(zhuǎn)向器已開始應(yīng)用，但機(jī)械式轉(zhuǎn)向器仍然廣泛地被世界各國(guó)汽車及汽車零部件生產(chǎn)廠商所采用。而在機(jī)械式轉(zhuǎn)向器中，循環(huán)球齒條-齒扇式轉(zhuǎn)向器由于其自身的特點(diǎn)被廣泛應(yīng)用于各級(jí)各類汽車上。本文選擇GX1608A型循環(huán)球齒條-齒扇式轉(zhuǎn)向器作為研究課題，其主要內(nèi)容有：汽車轉(zhuǎn)向器的組成分類；轉(zhuǎn)向器總成方案分析及其數(shù)據(jù)確定和轉(zhuǎn)向器的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。
這種轉(zhuǎn)向器的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是，操縱輕便，磨損小，壽命長(zhǎng)。缺點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜，成本高，轉(zhuǎn)向靈敏度不如齒輪齒條式。因此逐漸被齒輪齒條式取代。但隨著動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向的應(yīng)用，循環(huán)球式轉(zhuǎn)向器近年來(lái)又得到廣泛使用。

The graduation design options GX1608A cycle gear ball-type steering gear rack as a research topic, Its main contents are : automotive steering gear components classification; assembly was to program analysis and data to identify and steering gear design process.
The advantage of such steering gear, and manipulating light, wear and tear, long life. The disadvantage is that the structure is complicated and costly, than steering rack and pinion sensitivity. Therefore gradually being replaced by rack and pinion. However, with the power steering applications, the ball-type steering gear cycle and are widely used in recent years.

汽車轉(zhuǎn)向系可按轉(zhuǎn)向能源的不同分為機(jī)械式轉(zhuǎn)向系和動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向系兩大類。汽車轉(zhuǎn)向器是用來(lái)保持或改變汽車形式方向的機(jī)構(gòu)，在汽車轉(zhuǎn)向行使時(shí)，還要保證各轉(zhuǎn)向輪之間有協(xié)調(diào)的轉(zhuǎn)角關(guān)系。駕駛員通過(guò)操縱轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)，使汽車保持直線或轉(zhuǎn)彎運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)，或者上述兩種運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)相互轉(zhuǎn)換。
