基于UG的擺線針輪減速器設(shè)計(jì)
摘要
擺線針輪行星減速器作為重要的機(jī)械傳動(dòng)部件具有體積小、重量輕、傳動(dòng)效率高的特點(diǎn)。本設(shè)計(jì)在全面考慮多齒嚙合、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、輪齒均載等運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)的要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)高承載能力、高傳遞效率、高可靠性和優(yōu)良動(dòng)力學(xué)性能等指標(biāo),而且要便于制造、裝配和檢修,設(shè)計(jì)了該具有合理結(jié)構(gòu)的擺線針輪行星減速器。
本設(shè)計(jì)建立了合理的動(dòng)力分析數(shù)學(xué)模型,對(duì)擺線針輪傳動(dòng)中的擺線輪、轉(zhuǎn)臂軸承、柱銷及軸進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的受力分析,并用MATLAB語(yǔ)言編制計(jì)算機(jī)程序?qū)ζ淝蠼狻S?jì)算并校核主要件的強(qiáng)度及轉(zhuǎn)臂軸承、各支承軸承的壽命,分析結(jié)果可以看到,各軸承性能指標(biāo)均符合要求。
利用UG軟件對(duì)擺線針輪減速器各零件建立幾何三維模型、擺線針輪減速器虛擬裝配及工程圖生成。用本文的方法設(shè)計(jì)擺線針輪減速器,具有設(shè)計(jì)快捷、方便等特點(diǎn)。研究結(jié)果對(duì)提高設(shè)計(jì)的速度、質(zhì)量具有重要意義。

Abstract
The cycloid—gear reducer is one of the most important transmission components of the pumping unit by its smaller volume,lighter weight and effective transmission. In order to realize four targets which include high transmission efficiency, high reliability and the excellent dynamics performance and guarantee credible lubricate ability, receive high efficiency of transmission, and make it easy for manufacture, assembly and inspection, we thought over all the requests in the round and design the rational structure cycloid—gear reducer.
In this design,we built the exact force analysis mathematical model of the cycloid—gear reducer, analyzed the forces born by the cycloid-gear, the bearings and the shaft, and produce the Matlab language software analyze of the forces analysis. We analyzed the forces of parts in the cycloid—gear reducer and calculated the intensity and the life of parts. From analyzed the results, we found the parts are our requests.
When we establish the three—dimensional structure of the Planet—cycloid Reducer model with the software UG,Carry on visual design and virtual assemble and drawing paper.The result of study have the guide meaning to accelerate design speed and quantities of the Planet—cycloid Reducer.

在科技飛速發(fā)展的今天,產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了一種全新的三維虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)的設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境中,以往的那種以二維平面設(shè)計(jì)模式為代表的設(shè)計(jì)方式已經(jīng)逐漸退出“歷史舞臺(tái)”,取而代之的是各種先進(jìn)數(shù)字化的三維設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)。它的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展引起全了社會(huì)和生產(chǎn)的巨大變革。
減速器是各種機(jī)械設(shè)備中最常見(jiàn)的部件,它的作用是將電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速減少或增加到機(jī)械設(shè)備所需要的轉(zhuǎn)速, 擺線針輪行星減速器由于具有減速比大、體積小、重量輕、效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在許多情況下可代替二級(jí)、三級(jí)的普通齒輪減速器和渦輪減速器,所以使用越來(lái)越普及,為世界各國(guó)所重視。
本文運(yùn)用 UG NX軟件建立擺線針輪減速器結(jié)構(gòu)三維模型 ,研究了擺線針輪減速器可視化設(shè)計(jì)方法和虛擬裝配,研究的結(jié)果對(duì)提高擺線針輪減速器設(shè)計(jì)的速度和質(zhì)量具有指導(dǎo)意義。
1.1基本概念
計(jì)算輔助設(shè)計(jì)(Computer Aided Design,CAD),是指工程技術(shù)人員在人和計(jì)算機(jī)組成的系統(tǒng)中以計(jì)算機(jī)為工具,輔助人類完成產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì),分析,繪圖等工作,并達(dá)到提高產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量,縮短產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)周期,降低產(chǎn)品成本的目的。一般認(rèn)為CAD系統(tǒng)的功能包括:(1)概念設(shè)計(jì);(2)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);(3)裝配設(shè)計(jì);(4)復(fù)雜曲面設(shè)計(jì);(5)工程圖樣繪制;(6)工程分析;(7)真實(shí)感染及渲染;(8)數(shù)據(jù)交換接口等。
擺線針輪行星傳動(dòng),簡(jiǎn)稱擺線針輪傳動(dòng)。它與漸開(kāi)線少齒差行星傳動(dòng)一樣,同屬于K-H-V型行星齒輪傳動(dòng)。擺線針輪傳動(dòng)的主要特征是:行星輪齒廓為變幅外擺線的內(nèi)側(cè)等距曲線,中心輪齒廓為圓形。
擺線針輪減速器,利用擺線針輪行星傳動(dòng)原理制成的一種減速器,它的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是減速比大、體積小、重量輕、效率高等。
