青飼料切割機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)
摘要：本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要針對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)行的青飼料切割機(jī)人工送料問(wèn)題，采用自動(dòng)送料機(jī)構(gòu)，達(dá)到避免人工送料，提高操作安全性，并使得送料過(guò)程連續(xù)提高工作效率的目的。首先對(duì)青飼料切割機(jī)做了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹；接著分析了青飼料切割機(jī)的選型原則及計(jì)算方法；然后根據(jù)這些設(shè)計(jì)原則與計(jì)算方法按照給定參數(shù)要求進(jìn)行選型計(jì)算；接著校核所設(shè)計(jì)的切割機(jī)各主要零部件。本設(shè)計(jì)包括自動(dòng)送料機(jī)構(gòu)、傳動(dòng)分動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、主切刀、機(jī)架的設(shè)計(jì)，以及電機(jī)的選型。最后，提出了青飼料切割機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中存在的不足，以便今后的改進(jìn)。青飼料切割機(jī)的發(fā)展對(duì)我國(guó)養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的飼料加工機(jī)械方面的提高意義深遠(yuǎn)。

Green Fodder Cutting Machine Design
Abstract: The graduation design adopt automatic feed mechanism mainly aiming at the manual material feeding problem of the current green fodder cutting machine in our country, in order to avoid manual material feeding to improve operational safety and make the process of feeding continuously to improve work efficiency. Firstly, green fodder cutting machine is introduced. Secondly, the green fodder cutting machine selection principle and method of calculation are analyzed. Then calculation based on these design criteria and selection method of parameters in accordance with the requirements of a given type design are done. Then designed machine on the main components are checked. The design includes the design of automatic feed mechanism, transmission mechanism, the main cutter, frame, and the motor selection. Finally, the deficiencies of the green fodder cutting machine design process proposed, in order to facilitate the future improvements.
