摘 要
本次的模具設(shè)計為離合器殼體落料、首次拉深復(fù)合模設(shè)計。離合器殼體才用的材料是20號鋼，厚度3mm，該材料強度低，韌性、塑性和焊接性較好，用途非常廣泛。適用于制造汽車、拖拉機及一般機械制造業(yè)中建造部分零件。如汽車上的手剎蹄片、杠桿軸、傳動被動齒輪及拖拉機上的凸輪軸、懸掛均衡器軸、離合器殼體等。
首先對零件進行了工藝性分析，確定沖壓所需的如落料、拉深，整形等一系列工序。其次經(jīng)過計算分析確定工藝方案完成該模具的排樣設(shè)計，凸、凹模工作部分的設(shè)計計算，還有模具結(jié)構(gòu)和工藝零件設(shè)計，選擇合適的模具材料和合理的加工工藝。在設(shè)計過程中，還利用CAD繪制了一套模具裝配圖和零件圖。
