摘 要
本文闡述了掩護(hù)式液壓支架的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,包括液壓支架的整體設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),強(qiáng)度校核等。文中采用VB程序?qū)λ倪B桿進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,避免了傳統(tǒng)復(fù)雜費(fèi)時(shí)的試算法,同時(shí)又能有效的地控制頂梁前端點(diǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)的雙紐線軌跡的寬度在30mm以內(nèi),更好的達(dá)到液壓支架的設(shè)計(jì)要求。液壓支架的設(shè)計(jì)、制造和使用,從1954年英國(guó)研制成功了液壓支架發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在,已經(jīng)基本成熟,它已經(jīng)形成了能適應(yīng)各種不同煤礦地質(zhì)條件的各類(lèi)液壓支架。支架的部件設(shè)計(jì)包括立柱,推移千斤頂 ,底座等部件的設(shè)計(jì)。本設(shè)計(jì)中采用單伸縮雙作用式立柱,底座采用整體箱式結(jié)構(gòu)。千斤頂采用浮動(dòng)推移千斤頂,以減少推溜力,增大移架力。
