液壓剪板機全套畢業(yè)設(shè)計
摘要
近年來工業(yè)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,促使鋼鐵行業(yè)中剪板機的應(yīng)用非常廣泛,本文通過分析現(xiàn)狀和實地考察,選擇了優(yōu)勢比較大的閘式剪板機作為研究對象,設(shè)計了一種對稱傳動的剪板機,沖剪力為12噸,滑塊的行程為22mm,每分鐘剪切10次。由電動機提供動力,經(jīng)過一級帶傳動和二級齒輪傳動減速。設(shè)計中采用的執(zhí)行機構(gòu)為對心曲柄滑塊機構(gòu),這一機構(gòu)將剪板機傳動系統(tǒng)的旋轉(zhuǎn)運動轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榛瑝K的往復(fù)直線運動,實現(xiàn)對板料的剪切。曲柄滑塊機構(gòu)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、加工容易、維修方便、經(jīng)濟實用的優(yōu)點,在機械設(shè)備中應(yīng)用廣泛。在設(shè)計過程中,通過對各種剪板機的性能,實用性、經(jīng)濟的對比體現(xiàn)了閘式剪板機的優(yōu)點,完成了傳動機構(gòu)的設(shè)計,剪切力的計算,強度,剛度的校核。
