摘要
全液壓巖心鉆機(jī)是一種新型鉆機(jī)，是在吸取了立軸式巖心和轉(zhuǎn)盤式巖心鉆機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)點基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的。目前已生產(chǎn)出的全液壓巖心鉆機(jī)的主要優(yōu)點是：給進(jìn)行程長，可縮短鉆進(jìn)過程的輔助時間，有利于減少孔內(nèi)事故；動力頭上下移動是沿剛性較大的滑道進(jìn)行的，所以導(dǎo)向、定向性好，旋轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)；鉆機(jī)升降機(jī)構(gòu)與給進(jìn)機(jī)構(gòu)合一，動力頭與孔口夾持器配合可實現(xiàn)擰卸鉆具，此種結(jié)構(gòu)簡化了鉆機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)及配套裝置。全液壓巖心鉆機(jī)還具有無極調(diào)速、調(diào)速范圍大、過載保護(hù)性能好，能實現(xiàn)自動化、遠(yuǎn)距離自動控制等優(yōu)點。但全液壓巖心鉆機(jī)消耗功率較大，傳動效率低，可拆性差，液壓元件要求精度高，保養(yǎng)維修方便。
本鉆機(jī)準(zhǔn)備在鉆進(jìn)時，通過底座上活塞桿將平放于底座上的工作機(jī)構(gòu)旋轉(zhuǎn)90°，撐開液壓支腿，并將其調(diào)整平穩(wěn)可靠，此時可鉆垂直孔。鉆頭安裝等工作完成后，接通電源。此時，將卡盤夾緊鉆桿，夾持器處于松開狀態(tài)。動力頭將動力輸出，經(jīng)液壓系統(tǒng)帶動液壓馬達(dá)旋轉(zhuǎn)，馬達(dá)輸出軸于變速箱齒輪軸聯(lián)接，將動力傳到空心輸出軸。空心軸帶動聯(lián)接的卡盤同速旋轉(zhuǎn)，從而鉆桿回轉(zhuǎn)。加之液壓給進(jìn)機(jī)構(gòu)調(diào)節(jié)適當(dāng)壓力使鉆頭完成鉆進(jìn)工作。
