摘要
本課題是設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)液力傳動(dòng)變速箱,液力傳動(dòng)變速箱是汽車中的驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)備,廣泛的應(yīng)用于叉車、牽引車、挖掘車等工業(yè)車輛中。根據(jù)本次設(shè)計(jì)的的要求,本論文是一個(gè)驅(qū)動(dòng)60噸的液力傳動(dòng)變速箱設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。液力傳動(dòng)變速箱主要由變速箱、液力變矩器、油泵總成與主調(diào)壓閥和溢流閥組件、操縱閥組件、離合器和液壓控制等部分組成。由液力變矩器提供轉(zhuǎn)矩和具有前進(jìn)二檔、后退二檔共四個(gè)檔位的動(dòng)力換檔變速箱,液力傳動(dòng)變速箱采用單級(jí)二相三工作輪綜合式液力變矩器。液力變矩器使該液力傳動(dòng)變速箱具有液力傳動(dòng)輸出的自動(dòng)適應(yīng)性,能隨著外負(fù)載的變化而相應(yīng)改變其輸出扭矩和轉(zhuǎn)速,而且要求能夠吸收和消除來(lái)自發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和外負(fù)載對(duì)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的沖擊振動(dòng)。所采用的換檔方式要求操縱簡(jiǎn)單、方便,起動(dòng)平穩(wěn),較大地減輕操作者勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。
本課題通過(guò)液力傳動(dòng)變速箱主要參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì),用三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件Pro/E來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)液力傳動(dòng)變速箱的零部件造型和整機(jī)造型。在液力傳動(dòng)變速箱設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,在投入生產(chǎn)之前利用計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行裝配仿真,及時(shí)糾正設(shè)計(jì)中的不足。
