        摘要
        在某種控制的作用下,使機(jī)器的輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)速可在兩個(gè)極值范圍內(nèi)連續(xù)變化的無級(jí)變速器傳動(dòng)隨著機(jī)械、材質(zhì)及加工工藝的高速發(fā)展和其需求量日益增多而得到廣泛應(yīng)用和發(fā)展。無級(jí)變速器的主動(dòng)和從動(dòng)兩根軸通過傳遞轉(zhuǎn)矩的中間介質(zhì)(機(jī)械構(gòu)件、流體、電磁流等)把兩根軸直接或間接地聯(lián)系起來并傳遞動(dòng)力。當(dāng)對(duì)主、從動(dòng)軸的聯(lián)系關(guān)系進(jìn)行控制時(shí),則兩軸間的傳動(dòng)比發(fā)生變化(在兩極值范圍內(nèi)連續(xù)而任意地變化)。用機(jī)械構(gòu)件作為中間介質(zhì)的為機(jī)械無級(jí)變速器,其包括摩擦式和脈動(dòng)式。無級(jí)變速器與定傳動(dòng)比傳動(dòng)及有級(jí)變速傳動(dòng)(它只有有限的幾種傳動(dòng)比)相比,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是能夠根據(jù)工作需要在一定范圍內(nèi)連續(xù)變換速度,以適應(yīng)輸出轉(zhuǎn)速和外界負(fù)載變化的要求,摩擦式機(jī)械無級(jí)變速器依靠傳動(dòng)元件之間的摩擦進(jìn)行傳動(dòng),鋼材材質(zhì)、加工工藝水平和潤滑油料品質(zhì)等因素是摩擦式機(jī)械式無級(jí)變速器不斷發(fā)展的重要保證。本文通過查閱相關(guān)的諸多文獻(xiàn)和書籍手冊(cè)等進(jìn)行鋼環(huán)式無級(jí)變速器原理及其結(jié)構(gòu)、變速原理的傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)的實(shí)現(xiàn)的研究,并對(duì)摩擦式機(jī)械無級(jí)變速器進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),可直接作為設(shè)計(jì)文件或指導(dǎo)文件進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)加工。
