摘要
本文研究的主要是數(shù)控機(jī)床的機(jī)械傳動(dòng)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)，傳動(dòng)裝置在各外界因素和自身因素的影響下傳動(dòng)精度會(huì)大大降低，例如幾何精度與變形產(chǎn)生的誤差、機(jī)床的熱變形以及運(yùn)動(dòng)間的摩擦和傳動(dòng)間隙等因素。這些都是影響數(shù)控機(jī)床傳動(dòng)精度的重要因素，我也是從這入手，從各個(gè)方面著手提高數(shù)控機(jī)床的傳動(dòng)精度。
我完成的設(shè)計(jì)主要包括一些原始數(shù)據(jù)的擬定，再根據(jù)擬定的參數(shù)，進(jìn)行傳動(dòng)方案的比較，確定傳動(dòng)方案。然后計(jì)算各傳動(dòng)副的傳動(dòng)比及齒輪齒數(shù)，再估算齒輪的模數(shù)和各軸的軸徑，并對(duì)齒輪和軸的強(qiáng)度、剛度進(jìn)行校核。除此之外，還要對(duì)箱體內(nèi)的主要結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，一些零件的選型，從而完成對(duì)整個(gè)機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract
Of this study is the design of the transmission tools of CNC machine , mechanical transmission gear under the influence of external factors and the factors driving accuracy will greatly reduce the Accuracy, such as geometric accuracy and deformation of the thermal deformation of machine tools, as well as the movement between the friction and the transmission gap. These are the transmission accuracy of CNC machine tools, I am also from this start begin to improve the transmission accuracy of CNC machine tools, from all aspects.I completed the design include the formulation of some of the raw data, according to the parameters of the proposed transmission scheme compared to determine the transmission scheme. Then calculate the transmission ratio of the pair and gear of the transmission, and then estimate the modulus of the gear and the axis of the shaft, and gear and shaft strength and stiffness of the check.
