摘 要
測(cè)試儀裝置是為了能夠?qū)ξ?dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)的平臺(tái),進(jìn)而來(lái)提高開(kāi)關(guān)的性能,保證其質(zhì)量、提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)效率,也是現(xiàn)代檢測(cè)技術(shù)的基本要求。
基于檢測(cè)儀設(shè)計(jì)的理論,根據(jù)已有檢測(cè)儀的結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和工作原理,即電動(dòng)機(jī)作為工作機(jī)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力源,將其主軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)動(dòng)經(jīng)帶輪,圓柱導(dǎo)軌變?yōu)橥鶑?fù)直線運(yùn)動(dòng),并同時(shí)產(chǎn)生一作用力,傳給傳感器,由傳感器記錄。對(duì)測(cè)試儀的動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析,確定測(cè)試儀裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)與技術(shù)參數(shù),從而給出了微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)態(tài)特性測(cè)試儀的本體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案。
根據(jù)測(cè)試儀的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案,論述了微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)態(tài)特性測(cè)試儀的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),闡述了微動(dòng)跳躍彈性開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)態(tài)特性測(cè)試儀的結(jié)構(gòu)原理。本文主要論述了測(cè)試儀的測(cè)試過(guò)程,其主要包括測(cè)試儀的主要結(jié)構(gòu)和儀器的組成,檢測(cè)跳躍彈性開(kāi)關(guān)的力傳感器和位移特性。通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)而提高儀器的性能,保證儀器的工作質(zhì)量,這也是現(xiàn)代檢測(cè)技術(shù)的基本要求。
